Lifetime Membership
Lifetime Member Registration
Registration Fee: ₱1,500
Includes full membership privileges, including the right to vote and to hold any position from Commissioner and higher within the organization, subject to the Federation’s rules and qualifications.
Benefits include:
- Official Position Certificate
- Membership Certificate
- Chapter License to Operate and Bear the Federation’s Name
- Full Membership Recognition
- Access to Federation Programs and Activities
- Eligibility for Leadership and Governance Opportunities
- Membership validity with renewal every three (3) years
Lifetime Members receive full recognition and access to all Federation programs, activities, services, and leadership opportunities in accordance with Federation policies and regulations.
Note: Delivery fee is not included in the registration fee and shall be charged separately, if applicable.
Regular Membership
Regular Member Registration
Registration Fee: ₱800
Includes membership enrollment with:
- Official BAP Identification Card
- Certification with Dry Seal
- Full Membership Recognition
- Access to Federation Programs, Activities, and Benefits
- Membership validity for two (2) years, including renewal coverage for the period
Regular Members enjoy the rights, privileges, and benefits provided under the Federation’s policies, rules, and guidelines.

Probation Membership
Probationary Member Registration
Registration Fee: ₱800
Includes membership enrollment and participation within the Federation during the probationary period.
Benefits include:
- Official BAP Identification Card
- Membership Recognition as a Probationary Member
- Access to Federation Programs, Activities, and Development Opportunities
- Eligibility for evaluation and advancement to Regular Membership status, subject to Federation requirements
Membership validity and privileges shall be governed by Federation policies applicable to probationary members.
